Exterior Finishes

Trinity Custom Homes has unbeatable standard features and specifications in their homes.  They are truly a cut above other builders.

The constructionspecs of the homes created by Trinity are considered upgrades with many other builders.  They utilize house-wrap, which has replaced outdated materials such as asphalt saturated felt.  The benefit of house-wrap is that it is a lighter weight material and has a faster application time, ultimately allowing for a shorter build time.  It is also weather resistant and creates an air and moisture barrier

Trinity also uses double hung thermal windows, which are energy efficient.  The windows are made with virgin vinyl.  It does not rot, peel or chip, making the windows maintenance free.  The structural design of double hung thermal windows makes them 300 percent stronger than the industry standard.  They also provide excellent water resistance.

Their homes also boast steel insulated doors with deadbolts on all exterior doors.  The patio doors are insulated as well.  This creates a safer, energy efficient environment.

Interior Finishes

The custom interior features which come standard in Trinity’s homes include:

• 5/8” sheetrock ceilings with knock down finish

• 1/2” sheetrock walls with smooth finish

•  44 ounce carpet and 8 pound pad  with a choice of colors

The interiors of Trinity’s homes also come with standard Kenmore appliances.  The kitchen accommodates a built in microwave oven, an energy saving dishwasher and a self-cleaning electric smooth top range and oven.

The bathrooms in Trinity Custom Homes come equipped with elongated commodes for added comfort.  There are also exhaust fans in all bathrooms, as well as washer-less faucets, which decrease the chance of leaking.

Roofing Specifications

The roof system in a Trinity home utilizes a single power roof ventilator or ridge vent.  It also has 2 x 4 trusses which are 24” on center and 5/8” roof decking with metal ply clips when needed.  All homes by this builder use 15lb felt.

The roof boasts 30 year architectural shingles.  These are sometimes called dimensional or laminated shingles.  They are made from fiberglass and asphalt then laminated.  They create a dramatic and impressive textured or three-dimensional appearance.  These materials last at least 10 years longer than the industry standard.

Customizing a Trinity Home
